It encompasses parts of Aiken, Barnwell and Allendale counties and is bordered on the west by the Savannah River and Georgia. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of planning and control of interdisciplinary activities, design discipline responsibilities, quality aspects for design control methods and procedures, cost and schedule applications, and construction practices and a working knowledge of subcontracting and procurement practices.Be able to apply beyond basic engineering principles, concepts, and practices, to resolve project issues.Knowledge of project management principles.Promote teamwork among project participants including internal and external customers.
