Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Cath Lab Experience License: Valid Registered Nurse License Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Must have a vehicle for this assignment. Cath Lab experience is required. Description: 1st Timer - Cardiac Cath Lab RN Position will float between units as per unit needs. On-call is required for weekdays and weekends. Weekends are not required. Block schedules are not required. Expected ratios are 1:1. Travelers may be expected to float to other units and facilities based on their skill sets. If needed to float to a different facility, additional incentives will apply. Facility agrees to provide as much notice as possible for floating to other locations. Staffing includes interdisciplinary support such as interpretation services and pharmacy. Daily patient census is approximately 21. Special equipment and procedures include diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, valve placements, and other cardiac interventions. Travelers may be expected to float between facilities. Refusal to float may affect the assignment. Please submit references covering recent work experience. Inflexibility beyond contracted schedule may lead to contract termination. Modules are self-reported and complete training requirements. Must commit to working a designated number of holidays.
