Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Recruiter in Plano, TX.Summary:As a dedicated Technical Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle by identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier technical talent to meet evolving hiring objectives. You will leverage innovative sourcing strategies, build strong relationships within technical communities, and collaborate closely with hiring leaders to understand complex business requirements. This position requires a deep understanding of the technology landscape, creative problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.Key Responsibilities include:

• Developing diverse talent pipelines
• Performing full-cycle recruitment
• Ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Maintaining real-time updates in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday)

Skills

• Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineers, architects, cloud engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity analysts, DevOps, or IT infrastructure professionals
• Strong understanding of the SDLC, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern tech stacks
• Skilled at using recruiting analytics (time-to-fill, funnel metrics, pipeline health) and market intelligence to guide hiring decisions and strategy
• Have strong time management skills
• Be a strong communicator (both written and verbal), with partnership with stakeholders
• Be able to Source; ATS (Workday), CRM (Eightfold), and Sourcing Tools (LinkedIn, HireEZ, etc.)
• Ability to influence hiring managers and advise them using market trends, compensation insights, and real-time talent availability
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through start date, and everything in between while maintaining a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
