- Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience as a machine operator or maintenance mechanic (experience in a food/beverage or manufacturing environment is a big plus).
- Mechanical Skill: hands-on mechanical aptitude—you know your way around tools and love fixing things.
- Flexibility: Willingness and desire to work heavy overtime , including extended shifts and weekends when needed.
- Reliability: A dependable team player with a work ethic and solid attendance record.
