This is a hands‑on hybrid role: you'll spend about 20 hours a week assisting with training and field supervision, and about 20 hours a week providing direct client care. What you'll do: Assist the Lead Caregiver Trainer with hands‑on training for new and current caregivers Conduct supervisory visits in clients' homes to ensure care quality and that care plans are being followed Perform client meet‑and‑greet and welcome visits for new clients and their families Provide direct client care about 20 hours per week — bathing, dressing, mobility, transfers, and companionship Step in to support scheduling and coverage needs, including some nights and weekends What we're looking for: Genuine availability for nights and weekends — flexibility is essential for this role Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience; CNA preferred Able to provide professional references Reliable transportation and a valid Michigan driver's license — you'll travel between client homes Strong communication and people skills — you'll help coach caregivers and reassure families Dependable, organized, and calm under pressure A commitment to doing things the right way, every time Ready to grow with us and make a real difference?
