???? What You’ll Do

• Close inbound and outbound insurance sales opportunities (Auto, Home, Life, and more)

• Take qualified leads from quoting to binding with confidence

• Master objection handling and turn “maybe” into “yes”

• Follow a structured sales process and exceed production goals

• Maintain consistent follow-up until the deal is won

• Cross-sell and round out households for maximum account value

• Track daily metrics and compete to be #1 on the board

Skills & Experience:

• Proven closing ability (insurance, financial services, or high-ticket sales preferred)

• Strong objection-handling skills

• Active Property & Casualty License (preferred or willing to obtain)

• CRM proficiency
