Salesforce Platform Manager

To provide strategic leadership for the Salesforce platform, the full-time Salesforce Platform Manager will define the global vision and architecture, execute AI integration initiatives, and oversee Agile delivery while collaborating with executive stakeholders in a hybrid work environment based in Rockville, MD or Philadelphia, PA. Key responsibilities Define and own the global Salesforce vision, target state architecture, and roadmap Lead the consolidation of multiple Salesforce implementations into a single, scalable global instance Act as the enterprise Product Manager for Salesforce, prioritizing initiatives across business units and regions Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Salesforce, CRM, or enterprise platform roles Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, Platform Manager, or Product Manager Strong background in Agile delivery, sprint management, and project leadership Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, including SaaS and custom applications Experience consolidating or governing multiple Salesforce implementations
