We've built a proven system — and now we're building the team to scale it. The Quality Assurance Coordinator role sits at the center of our client delivery engine, responsible for making sure everything that goes out the door — websites, ads, videos, content — actually matches what we promised our clients. This role demands someone who can catch what others miss, hold a high bar without slowing the team down, and take real ownership over the final product before it ever reaches a client's eyes. What You'll Do Own Final Review Across Deliverables Review website builds, ad creative, video content, and written content before it goes live or gets sent to a client. Catch errors, inconsistencies, and gaps early — before they become a client-facing problem. Build & Maintain QA Standards Develop and maintain clear QA checklists and processes across teams (web dev, video, content, ads). Make sure every deliverable is checked against a consistent standard, not just "does it look okay." Drive Accountability Through Detail Track recurring issues back to their root cause and flag patterns to the relevant team lead. Hold a high bar for accuracy, formatting, functionality, and brand consistency across every client account. Report with Clarity & Context Log and communicate QA findings clearly so teams can fix issues fast, not just know something's wrong. Surface recurring quality issues to leadership so we can fix the process, not just the symptom. Collaborate Across the Team Work closely with web dev, video, content, and account management to keep quality consistent across every client touchpoint. Be the last line of defense before something goes out with Empirical360's name on it. What We're Looking For Sharp attention to detail — you notice the thing everyone else scrolled past. Experience reviewing digital deliverables (websites, ads, video, or written content) for quality and accuracy. Comfortable working across multiple tools and teams without losing track of what needs to get checked. Strong organizational instincts — you can build and follow a checklist, and improve it over time. Clear, confident communication — you can flag issues without creating friction.
