Seasonal Landscape Crew Member – Leaf Removal

Schedule: Seasonal | Approximately 40 hours per week

Seasonal Work with the Opportunity to Stay Long-Term

Oakwood Lawn and Landscaping is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team for the fall season. This position will primarily focus on leaf removal and seasonal property cleanup , along with mowing, weed eating, and general lawn maintenance.

While this is initially a seasonal position, there may be an opportunity to continue with snow removal during the winter and transition into a permanent landscaping position in the spring for team members who are a great fit.

What You'll Do:

• Perform leaf removal and fall property cleanups
• Mow residential and commercial properties as assigned
• Perform weed eating, trimming, and general lawn maintenance
• Load, unload, and handle landscaping materials and equipment
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Work with crew members to complete daily routes and projects efficiently
• Assist with other seasonal landscaping duties as needed
• Potentially assist with snow removal during the winter season

What We're Looking For:

• Dependable and ready to work approximately 40 hours per week
• Comfortable performing physical work outdoors
• Able to work in varying fall weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently as part of a crew
• Willingness to perform a variety of lawn and landscape maintenance tasks
• Previous landscaping or lawn care experience is helpful but not required
