We are currently hiring for both Master's level clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and Licensed Psychologists. Job Summary The Licensed Mental Health Professional will provide a range of psychotherapeutic services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and individual, group, or family therapy. The ideal candidate will be skilled in evidence-based practices and committed to providing culturally competent care. You will manage a caseload, maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, and benefit from comprehensive administrative support. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and formulate accurate diagnoses in accordance with DSM-5 criteria. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs and therapeutic goals. Provide evidence-based individual, family, and/or group therapy to a diverse caseload. Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in weekly peer supervision meetings to foster collaboration and professional growth. Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal regulations as set forth by the Missouri licensing boards and River Rock Behavioral Health policies. Meet a minimum billable hour requirement of 26 hours per week. Qualifications Master's Level Clinicians: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution. Must hold a current, unrestricted license in the State of Missouri as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Licensed Psychologists: Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an APA-accredited program. Must hold a current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Missouri. Proven experience in providing psychotherapy and clinical services. Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus. Commitment to upholding professional ethics and best practices in mental health care. Licensed Psychologists: Anticipated salary of $101,000 annually for a W2 position, based on meeting the minimum billable hour requirement of 26 hours per week.
