Forklift Operator - Now Hiring!

Location: New Albany, Ohio

Pay: $23-$25/hour + Overtime Available

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a growing distribution center in New Albany, Ohio . This is a great opportunity to work in a clean, modern warehouse environment with competitive pay, consistent scheduling, and opportunities for long-term growth.

Schedule

Day Shift (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

• Sunday - Tuesday
• Thursday - Saturday
• Work every other Wednesday

Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

• Sunday - Tuesday
• Thursday - Saturday
• Work every other Wednesday

Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
• Pick, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and complete transactions
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Requirements

• Experience operating a Reach Truck
• Experience operating a Stand-Up Forklift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse technology
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous distribution center or warehouse experience
• Experience operating pallet jacks and order pickers

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
