We take pride in delivering exceptional products and service while fostering a collaborative and customer-focused culture.Position SummaryThe Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for facility mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.Position ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, assist with repairs, and perform maintenance in the following areas: Industrial, Electrical, PLC, Mechanical, Pneumatics, HydraulicTroubleshoot and repair equipment, including basic electrical issues such as resetting breakers, replacing fuses, and replacing motors and sensors.Maintain basic working knowledge of industrial computerized controls, variable speed drives, level sensors, limit switches, pressure switches, proximity sensors, photo-electric sensors, and IEC style contactors and starters.Perform metal fabrication and/or welding as applicable.Perform safe and effective rigging.Coordinate operations with production, shipping, and other departments as required.Follow all safety and PPE requirements, policies, and procedures using the LMS training system.Perform weekly lubrication of plant processes and ancillary equipment.Perform all PMs and complete required paperwork.Disassemble and reassemble pumps and replace pumps and valves.Splice and repair conveyor belts.Replace and align motors, gearboxes, belts, chains, sprockets, and pulleys.Work unassisted as the on-duty line maintenance operator, responding to all line calls and completing the daily maintenance call log.Research and source materials and parts.Identify and utilize established resources.Perform other duties as required.Required QualificationsExperience in a related capacity, or vocational school/other industrial training program may suffice for the aforementioned experience.Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.FIIX software experience.Work EnvironmentModerate dustWorking from heightsWorking in confined spacesModerate noiseAutomated and semi-automated manufacturing equipmentHot and cold climatesWorking around tanks, lines, and pumps constantlyPhysical RequirementsStanding 8–12 hours a dayLifting up to 120 lbs.Ability to climb stairs often and ladders periodicallyAbility to work shift workVisual acuity, including color perceptionGood hearing*All hires will be subject to a pre-employment physical.Pay and BenefitsA FREE health-plan option for employees or premium costs far below industry averages401(k) plans with a company match at 6% - far more free money than most plans in the marketTuition Reimbursement.
