Clinical Nurse Manager

Cape Coral Surgery Center seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations in our outpatient surgical facility. This role oversees pre-op, OR, and PACU teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and evidence-based care. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, mentoring, and performance management; coordinating workflows with surgeons and anesthesia; maintaining regulatory and infection-control standards; overseeing quality metrics and patient satisfaction; and supporting policy development. Ideal candidates bring strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and a commitment to patient-focused, safety-driven care in an ambulatory surgery setting.
