Family Medicine Physician

Presbyterian Medical Group seeks a Board Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our established practice in Los Lunas, NM. The provider cares for patients by providing outpatient, primary care services and leads a collaborative care team. Practice Info Patient Centered Medical Home Support team consisting of Behavioral Health Clinicians, Clinical Pharmacists, Advanced Practice Clinicians (NP/PA), RN & Medical Assistants Responsibilities Provide comprehensive medical care to patients with acute and chronic illnesses. Make professional medical judgments in the care of patients seen. Order, conduct, and interpret appropriate diagnostic x-ray and lab tests. Prescribe treatments, medications, and non-pharmacologic therapies. Document all patient encounters and communications appropriately. Manage the provider/patient relationship. Receive and resolve patient complaints. Involved in education and counseling of individuals, families, and groups.
