About Us: Men In Kilts is a distinguished provider of professional home exterior cleaning services, dedicated to elevating the curb appeal and cleanliness of our clients' homes. As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking a strategic and experienced General Manager to lead our team. Men In Kilts and be part of a company committed to setting the standard for excellence in the home exterior cleaning industry.

Job Description: As the General Manager at Men In Kilts, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Provide visionary leadership, setting the tone for a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, adherence to quality standards, and optimal use of resources.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive company growth, market expansion, and enhanced service offerings.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Exterior Cleaning Technicians, Administrative Coordinators, and support staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Financial Management: Manage the company's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with home exterior cleaning services or related industries.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive company success.
Excellent Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both internally with the team and externally with clients and partners.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
