Digital Print Operator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Digital Press Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of digital printing equipment to ensure high-quality output that meets customer specifications and production deadlines. Schedule: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 4 days per week Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate digital printing presses according to job specifications and production schedules Monitor jobs from start to finish to ensure color accuracy, print quality, and consistency Communicate with the design team to resolve artwork or quality concerns Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) and basic troubleshooting on equipment Accurately document job details and production data within the production system Communicate press performance, job status, and any issues to the Production Manager Follow written and verbal instructions to meet production requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with cross-training on additional equipment and support team members as needed Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED required Experience: Experience in digital printing, print production, or graphic design preferred Previous press operating experience is a plus Skills & Abilities: Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy Basic math and proofreading skills Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Willingness to learn and cross-train on multiple pieces of equipment Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays 401(k) with Profit Sharing Label Aid Inc
