Store Manager

Job Details Job Type: Regular Location: The Galleria - Houston, TX 77056 Overview NECOA, by Coway, is looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead its interactive mall retail store in Houston. Key Responsibilities Drive overall store performance through effective sales floor leadership. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean environment and visual merchandising standards. Oversee direct and indirect sales associates on sales behaviors, promotions, and operational processes. Conduct new hire orientation and provide continuous training and development of the store team. Assume full accountability for Launch and Holiday preparedness. Ensure labor spend is within corporate-provided labor budgets. Manage store profitability, meeting P&L targets. Partner with cross‑functional team members (store technology, supply chain, repairs, maintenance, marketing, visual merchandising). Accountable for purchase transactions, customer installation scheduling, and POS register processes. Qualifications 6–8 years of experience in a large big‑box or specialty retailer. 6–8 years of experience leading a team of associates. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervision. Positive attitude and ability to adapt to change. Demonstrated ability to develop relationships across cross‑functional teams. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years relevant experience. Preferred: Water filtration experience. Compensation & Benefits $70,000 annual base salary with weekly pay.
