Job responsibilities Maintain infection prevention practices and safe medication administration standards. Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates. Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts. Coordinate patient care activities with physicians and other clinical team members. Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient response.
