Senior Attorney / Partner (Business Litigation & Corporate Law)

Location: St. Louis, Missouri (Onsite/Hybrid)

A highly respected and established Midwest law firm is seeking a Senior Attorney / Partner-level attorney to join its growing practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with substantial experience handling sophisticated business litigation matters while also advising clients on corporate and litigation matters.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Manage client relationships and serve as trusted business advisor

• Handle corporate and transactional matters

• Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate across practice groups

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing

• 7+ years of relevant experience (business litigation)

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
