Quality Assurance AnalystThe Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for working closely with internal 84.51° product owners and business users to understand requirements, translate those into test cases, execute those test cases, and track progress and defects for testing.Minimum Skills Required:Experience in quality assurance testing of new and existing software and passionate about quality.Strong written & verbal communication skills.Ability to focus on details and document and troubleshoot errors.Strong organizational skills which will be used to appropriately document test plans and test cases, organize and run meetings, and participate in testing.Proactive thinking and behavior: being able to anticipate, plan and execute in ways which help drive and increase the efficiency of our business.Ability to collaborate and work effectively with leaders and team members of all 84.51° functions.Ability to work with minimal supervision, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, and be able to effectively communicate within the team.Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.Be able to manage and coordinate multiple testing projects simultaneously.Documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.Must be able to build and maintain a positive relationship with vendors and internal suppliers and customers.Familiarity with Agile frameworksBachelors in Computer Science or related field is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.Position Specific Skill Preferences/Desires:Minimum of 4 years of experience in the role as a QA testing analyst.SQL knowledge is a plus.Experience in using automated testing tools is a plus.Experience in Salesforce and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with product owners and business users to review and understand requirements specifications.Develop test plans and test cases to ensure requirements traceability.Execute test cases are regression test cases and document results.Document and track software defects and ensure that they are resolved properly and in a timely manner.Work with product owners and business users to discuss requirements questions.Collaborate with engineers to ensure coding standards are being followed and determine the right solutions for resolving defects.Assist in user acceptance testing.Establish and document testing processes.
