Description of the role:

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team at Milea Auto Group in Bronx, NY. This individual will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets

Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives

Coordinate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in sales leadership

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Excellent leadership and communication skills
