In this important role, you'll help our participants over the phone with provider-related questions and transactions, making a difference every day. Why You'll Love This Role: Remote flexibility - work from home with a minimum of one weekly onsite meeting at our Salt Lake City office. Comprehensive training - an 8-10-week training program designed to set you up for success, starting with two-week onsite training followed by virtual classroom training via Teams. All equipment provided - we'll ensure you have everything you need to thrive. Full-time schedule - 40 hours per week. Competitive Pay - $22.16 per hour. One year contract - we're seeking a candidate for a nine-month contract, with potential for extension based on your contributions and the company's priorities.
