Key Responsibilities Serve as a Brand Ambassador by delivering exceptional service and leadership. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. Develop and implement restaurant marketing and promotional activities. Coach and motivate the team to meet sales, service, and quality goals. Manage employee performance appraisals and maintain work schedules. Essential Skills and Experience 3-5 years of managerial experience in a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proven ability to coach and develop team members effectively. Familiarity with back office tools and quick adaptability to new software. Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay mobile throughout the shift. Capability to perform duties at any station in the kitchen or service area. Additional Benefits Full-time position with varied shifts including 8 and 10-hour shifts and weekend availability.
