Wealth Management Associate

Garry Executive Search has been retained by a growing, independent-minded wealth management firm to recruit a Client Service Associate to support its advisory team and serve as the true point of contact for a book of 150 to 200 clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, critical thinker who wants a permanent, high-trust support role with real autonomy. You will manage the advisers’ inboxes, own their scheduling, and keep clients and internal teams communicating cleanly. The firm wants someone who doesn’t just process requests but thinks through them, anticipates what clients and advisers need, and runs with it.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for 150 to 200 clients, handling requests and keeping them informed
• Manage the advisers’ inboxes and scheduling on their behalf
• Keep communication tight between advisors, operations, and clients so nothing falls through the cracks
• Handle basic client service work and follow through on open items
• Think critically about client needs and flag issues before they become problems
• Keep client records accurate and organized

Background They’re Looking For

• 3 or more years of service experience in wealth management or a related client service field
• Driven and a critical thinker, someone who takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong follow-through, someone clients and advisers can count on
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and a true team player
• Positive, friendly demeanor
• Comfortable managing an adviser’s inbox and scheduling
• Wants a long-term support role, not a path into planning or advisory work
• Open to mentorship and growth within the role over time

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000 to $85,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus
• Profit sharing in addition to the base and bonus
• 24 remote work days per year, in addition to standard PTO
• Standard 8 to 5 hours, plus modified summer hours from Memorial Day to Labor Day
• Choice of three medical plans, with the firm covering 65% of premiums
• Dental coverage, with the firm covering 50% of premiums, and vision coverage available
• Long-term disability, 100% employer paid, and $20,000 in life insurance, 100% employer paid
• 401(k) eligibility after 6 months, with a 3% non-elective employer contribution and potential discretionary profit sharing
• Generous PTO
• Reimbursement for professional designations and licensing, and professional development support
• Monthly parking and phone stipend
• Quarterly team outings and routine in-office lunch catering
