Outpatient Admin & Referral Specialist
Upstate Medical University
Upstate Medical University is seeking an Outpatient Administrative Specialist to provide clinical administrative support in the ambulatory area. You will assist with patient check-in and check-out, registration tasks, and manage EPIC Referral Work Queues.
Responsibilities include answering phones, handling documents, collecting co-pays, and guiding patients on insurance requirements. Monday–Friday days, no weekends or holidays.
