What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population including stroke, STEMI, trauma, psychiatric, geriatric, and pediatric cases
• Perform assessments, diagnosis, planning, interventions, and evaluations for assigned patients
• Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitor for side-effects, and document care accurately
• Address the psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and families with compassion and professionalism
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management
• Help manage complex clinical situations and delegate tasks appropriately

What You Need:

• Active RN license in Texas or a compact state
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (AHA only)
• Minimum of 1 year ER nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and emotional resilience to handle high-volume, fast-paced emergencies
