Occupational Therapist (OT) - Outpatient & Home HealthThis is a 13-week contract position.Monday - Friday; variable hoursThis position is responsible for enhancing, participating, and supporting patient care with a focus on quality and safety. The OTR, with a physician referral, is authorized to treat patients in accordance with O.T. Practice Guidelines (as issued by the American Occupational Therapy Association). The O.T. will work in an interdisciplinary manner with other departments to provide quality care. Proficiency and proper utilization of the electronic medical record, including proper documentation, are required. The position is primarily in outpatient and home health settings with occasional inpatient coverage.Provide quality occupational therapy services as per O.T. Practice Guidelines.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs.Participate in quality and safety initiatives to improve patient outcomes.Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT).Experience in outpatient and home health settings preferred.Proficiency in electronic medical records is essential.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
