Job Description & Requirements Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Evergreen, Alabama. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Experience in a skilled nursing facility. Assignment Details Schedule: Monday through Friday. Weekend rotation: 1 weekend rotation per month. Float required to other facilities.
