Machine Operator

Location: Lakeland, FL
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Hours may vary based on production needs)

Job Summary

Mobile Staff Solutions is seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator for a temporary assignment in Lakeland, FL. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to established procedures.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.
• Inspect products for quality and ensure specifications are met.
• Make minor machine adjustments to maintain production efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
• Communicate equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
