Marketing Content Creator & Video Editor (Part-Time) Location: Austin, TX (In-Person at DivaDance HQ) Schedule: 20–25 hours per week Compensation: $18–25/hour, based on experience About DivaDance DivaDance is the leading dance fitness and entertainment brand for adults, with more than 50 locations across the U.S. and Mexico. We're looking for a creative, social-media-savvy Marketing Content Creator & Video Editor to join our team at our Austin headquarters. If you're the type of person who's always saving TikToks for inspiration, loves editing short-form video, enjoys graphic design, and gets excited about creating content people actually want to watch, we'd love to meet you. We embrace tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other emerging AI platforms to work smarter and move faster—but we believe the best creative work still comes from talented people with great ideas. What You'll Do Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts Design graphics for social media, email marketing, digital ads, websites, and print materials Create Canva templates and marketing assets for our franchise locations Repurpose long-form content into multiple pieces of social media content Create simple motion graphics, animated text, and video overlays Capture content at classes, events, and behind-the-scenes moments when needed Help brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns Organize and maintain photo, video, and brand asset libraries Stay on top of social media trends and proactively bring fresh ideas to the team Ensure all creative work reflects the DivaDance brand What We're Looking For 1–3 years of experience creating marketing content (internships, freelance work, or personal projects count!)
