What You Will Do: As a Homeowners Insurance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be helping individuals and families protect their most valuable asset their home. You will focus exclusively on selling and servicing homeowners insurance policies, guiding customers through coverage options, and building long-term relationships based on trust and expertise. Manage Policies Negotiate & Ensure Compliance Develop Referral Networks Build & Retain Clients Consult with Expertise Achieve Results

The Perfect Match: Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license Bilingual skills in English and Spanish 2+ years of experience in homeowners / property insurance (sales, servicing, underwriting or policy quoting) High School Diploma or GED Strong ability to build customer relationships Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement Strong written and verbal communication skills
