- Design and build AI-driven engineering workflows using LLMs and autonomous agents
- Steer and validate AI coding agents to improve engineering throughput and code quality
- Develop testing, evaluation, and guardrail frameworks for AI-generated output
- Optimize context management using embeddings, retrieval, and memory strategies
- Partner with teams to deliver scalable, secure, cloud-native AI solutions

- 10+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent skill; must include hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or autonomous workflows
- Strong programming skills in Python, automation tooling, and Kubernetes
- Experience with orchestration frameworks, tool calling, RAG, or evaluation frameworks
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to adapt in fast-moving environments
