Responsibilities Ensure total customer satisfaction through courteous service while performing warehouse duties and assisting customers with loading and unloading their merchandise. Record all required data when processing a customer’s pickup or return; verify items and vehicle details; ensure no balance; thank customers appropriately. Issue, receive, and store materials, supplies, and equipment according to procedures. Maintain open communication with management; follow Visual Merchandiser’s instructions regarding displays; keep lists current. Perform duties in accordance with company safety rules and operating regulations; report safety violations; wear required safety equipment; verify dock gates are secured. Accept responsibility for safety and security of all company property. Maintain equipment and work area in clean and orderly condition; keep records and files organized. Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by store management, including assisting with customer deliveries outside the store. Support any policy, change, system, or work rules the company implements regarding the purpose of this position. Physical Demands Must be able to lift, stoop, bend, push or pull up to 100 pounds.
