Job Summary:
The operating room (OR) profession is currently seeking qualified healthcare professionals to support a facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position involves providing essential surgical support, with a flexible shift schedule that begins at 6:30 AM and ends at 3:00 PM. The role requires adaptability to float within the skill set or to nearby sites within a 40-mile radius as needed, ensuring optimal operational coverage.

Job Details:

• Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
• Shift: Days, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (flexible)
• Schedule: 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 07/19/2026
• Required Qualifications: Certifications, education requirements, and experience including general, robotics, gynecology, orthopedics/podiatry, and organ procurements; Endoscopy; EPIC experience; travel experience; at least 1 year of experience
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Please note the facility requires ACLS certification. The shift includes call responsibilities based on department needs, currently at 1-2 shifts per week, including every third weekend on call (from Friday 3:00 PM to Monday 6:30 AM), with holiday coverage by call according to department requirements.
