Our organization, located in Janesville, Wisconsin, is actively looking for board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Faculty Physicians to become part of our exceptional team of collaborative physicians across the Wisconsin and Illinois regions!

We are a multi-state, integrated healthcare system that includes seven hospitals, featuring a cutting-edge ACS designated Level I Adult Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center. With over 600 employed physicians and 200 advanced practice providers, we serve more than 80 outpatient clinics and various service locations, delivering care to residents in over 55 communities throughout Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. Our extensive range of services includes more than 125 specialties and subspecialties, such as adult critical care, neonatal intensive care, neurosurgery, heart and vascular care (including WATCHMAN and TAVR), cancer treatment, plastic and reconstructive surgery, robotic surgery, orthopedic surgery, and much more!

Position Overview:

• Engage in teaching family medicine residents for half of your time while developing your own practice as an employed physician during the other half.
• Concentrate on education and patient care with the backing of operational leaders and support staff.
• Participate in backup call only.
• HPSA National Interest Waiver and H1B sponsorship available.

• Work schedule of 4 to 4.5 days per week with flexible hours.

• 100% outpatient environment.

• Utilize EPIC EMR for patient management.

• Access to a wide range of multi-specialty referral sources.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO with board certification or eligibility.

• Completion of residency training from an ACGME-accredited family medicine program.
• A strong desire to educate residents and medical students in both didactic and clinical settings.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Proficient in delivering outstanding care to patients of all ages.
• Previous experience as faculty in an accredited residency or fellowship program is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
