Adult Education Career Coach & Program Data Coordinator

SCHEDULE

Part-Time, Hybrid; approximately 12–16 hours per week within the program’s Monday–Thursday operating window; additional hours may be required based on program needs

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Strong administrative, organizational, and data management skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to build positive relationships and effectively communicate with adult learners from diverse backgrounds Demonstrated proficiency with technology, including Google Workspace, data management systems, video conferencing platforms, and digital productivity tools Ability to maintain accurate records and meet reporting and compliance deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Understanding of student confidentiality and privacy laws Willingness to work evening hours as program needs require Preferred Experience in career coaching, workforce development, case management, adult education, or a related field Experience working with adult learners Familiarity with HiSET, TABE/DRC, Essential Education, WIN Career Readiness System, inTERS, or similar instructional and data management platforms Knowledge of local workforce, community, training, and post-secondary resources
