You’ll help ensure every case is handled accurately, professionally, and efficiently from the very beginning. Responsibilities include: Managing inbound client communications via phone and email Opening and organizing new case files Preparing and tracking intake documentation Coordinating communication between clients and stakeholders Maintaining accurate case records and documentation Supporting administrative and reporting functions Providing exceptional service and follow‑through What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?
