Schedule 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with rotating weekends and holiday requirements. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The unit consists of 60 beds, with a patient ratio of 2-3:1. This role requires prior NICU experience, and the candidate will work closely with a highly skilled nursing team, focusing on providing exceptional care to our smallest patients. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonatal patients. Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in condition. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Utilize advanced medical equipment, including Philips monitors. Document patient care in Meditech & Centricity systems. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures within NICU. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active RN license. Current BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications.
