Move-in Coordinator

The Move-in Coordinator will build meaningful relationships, provide clear and honest information, and help individuals envision the lifestyle and support our community offers. This role supports the sales process and coordinates move-in efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a warm and informed first point of contact for prospective residents and their families, offering compassionate guidance throughout their senior living journey.
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to ensure smooth transitions for residents, especially throughout the move-in process.
• Coordinate prospective resident documentation to create a complete move-in file.
• Preview the new leased apartment prior to move-in to ensure apartment readiness.
• Maintain records of leads, referrals, and communications using CRM software.
• Help lead personalized tours and conversations that help individuals understand our community's lifestyle and supportive care options.
• Aid in cultivating strong relationships with community organizations to build trust and generate referrals.
• Support in organizing and participating in proactive outreach, marketing campaigns, events, and open houses.
• Reflect the community's mission and values through ethical conduct, positive representation, and relationship-centered communication.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma

Skills and Qualifications:

• Active Driver's License in good standing
• Strong sense of personal responsibility.
• Exceptional proactive time management, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Technologically proficient and adaptable, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Sound judgement and a strong ethical foundation in decision-making.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods.
• Ability to move comfortably and safely, which can include lifting, bending, stretching, squatting, etc.
