Yeah, I know what you're thinking. Another $14/hour manufacturing job. Not a lot of us grew up and dreamed about building cabinets in a shop. But keep reading.  

This job runs more like Uber than anything you've seen on a manufacturing floor.  

You know how Uber works. You open the app. You see what's available. You decide if you want to work today. Nobody calls you. Nobody stands over you. Nobody fires you for having a life. You just choose. Then you go earn.  

That's exactly how this works. Except instead of driving strangers around at 2 AM, you're building cabinets.

Want Monday through Thursday this week? Done. Need to drop Wednesday because something came up? Ten seconds in the app. No drama. No points. Nobody treating you like you're disposable.  

What the job actually is.  

Is it glamorous? No. You're on a shop floor at a Kith Kitchens facility in Haleyville, AL. You're building cabinets - assembling, sanding, prepping pieces for finish, packaging finished cabinetry for shipment. It's not climate-controlled and just a heads-up paint fumes can get a bit strong.

You already know what this is. You've probably done something like it. (Or someone you know has). 

The difference is you're choosing your own schedule - not begging somebody to approve a day off.  

Look. You've been reading this job description for the last few minutes.   Worst case? You try it for a shift and decide it's not for you. Best case? You like the people you work with, you pick up steady weekly pay, and nobody's telling you when you have to show up.
