Child Intake Clinician: Crisis & Care Assessments

The Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network is seeking a full-time Intake Therapist - Child in Detroit, MI. Under supervision, the clinician will perform initial assessments, crisis evaluations and determine the appropriate level of care for children and families. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, maintaining records, coordinating with the treatment team and referrals to services.
