Now Hiring Physical Therapist - Full-time or Part-time Outpatient Clinic – Private Practice Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine 750 Fish Creek Thoroughfare, Montgomery, TX 77316 Overview Due to growth, Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is now hiring a Physical Therapist in Montgomery, TX. Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with 20 hours and 2 weekdays of availability will also be considered. The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills. New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored. Caseload/ Patient Population The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team! The ability to develop a specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported. Full-time PTs should expect to treat 12-14 patients per day. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this full-time position is in the range of $80,000-$110,000 per year and increases depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive health and wellness package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, with the company covering 85% of the "Employee Only" medical premium and providing a $25,000 basic life policy. We provide a 401k with an automatic 3% company contribution after 90 days and an annual $1,000 allowance plus one paid day for CEUs. Employees also enjoy 7–10 paid holidays and a tiered PTO plan starting at 12 days, while Physical Therapists can earn performance-based incentives, which in 2026 reached as high as $9,000 annually. Work Schedule The clinic is open Monday-Saturday. No major holidays! We’re looking for someone who can be flexible with their schedule! Shifts usually fall between 8 am and 7 pm (like 8–5, 9–6, or 10–7), but you’ll need to be okay with working until 7 pm at least twice a week. We also need full-time team members to cover one Saturday shift per month. When you work a Saturday, you’ll still get a full day off during the week to keep things balanced. Job Requirements Eligible for TX state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred. New grad PTs will be supported and mentored. Full-time is required, 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with 20 hours and 2 weekdays of availability will also be considered.
