Class B Delivery Driver

Job Description Class B Delivery Driver (Open) – Indianapolis, IN (ADI) – Dry‑ice logistics. Responsibilities Drive truck to deliver dry ice to customers’ places of business. Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment to load and unload dry ice. Obtain customer signatures, ensure piece count matches the load manifest, and collect empty dry‑ice boxes to be returned to the plant or branch. Provide customer service and give feedback from customers to the Branch Manager. Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections on trucks according to DOT and company maintenance checklists. Keep the inside of the truck clean. Comply with all company policies, safety policies and procedures, and DOT and OSHA requirements. Secure cargo prior to and during transit. Qualifications At least 21 years old. Must have 1 year of CDL driving experience in the last 5 years or be able to provide proof of a certificate of completion from a trucking school completed in the last 12 months. Confirmed experience driving in the military with a CDL also counts for the required experience. No more than two (2) traffic convictions, or two (2) at‑fault accidents in the last 3 years; or no more than a combination of one (1) traffic conviction and one (1) at‑fault accident in the last 3 years. No serious violation ticket (speeding 15+, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 3 years. No suspensions of CDL in the last 3 years except for "Failure to pay child support". No DUI in the last 7 years. Preferred Qualifications Forklift Certification. Pallet Jack Certification. Benefits Compensation: $26.00/HR Referral Bonus: $1,000 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3–5am start; average 40+ hour work week, 8–12 stops a day. Equipment: CDL B trucks with liftgates will be used.
