Experienced Service Plumber

Oakland Park Plumbing is a family-owned and operated plumbing company dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship throughout Broward County. We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused plumber to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong plumbing background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers. This position requires someone who takes pride in their work, maintains a positive attitude, and represents our company with professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing experience
• Valid Florida Driver's License
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience with service plumbing, repairs, installations, and replacements
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to use smartphones and tablets for work orders and communication
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with water heaters, drain cleaning, sewer repairs, leak detection, and water filtration systems
• Knowledge of Florida plumbing codes
• Housecall Pro, or similar software experience
• Ability to sell solutions and educate customers on repair options

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues
• Install and replace plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and piping systems
• Perform drain cleaning and sewer diagnostics
• Communicate findings and repair options clearly to customers
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Complete work orders accurately and thoroughly
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized
• Follow all company safety procedures and local plumbing codes
• Participate in occasional on-call or emergency service rotations as needed
