Physical Therapist Contract Opportunity

Key Qualifications:

• Active, valid Texas Physical Therapist license required
• Recent fingerprint clearance through TEA or ability to complete before start date
• School-based experience strongly preferred, particularly with K-12 populations
• Ability to provide references from your two most recent supervisors
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative approach
• Willingness to travel between assigned schools in the area

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students with diverse needs
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district policies
• Adjust therapy approaches to best meet each student's needs in a school setting
• Support the safe and successful participation of each student in their educational environment

This contract spans 37.5 hours per week and offers a consistent schedule from November to February, providing valuable experience and professional growth in a supportive atmosphere.
