You'll assist with a variety of maintenance and repair needs throughout the facility, including:General maintenance and repairsBasic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and paintingMaintaining the building, equipment, and groundsResponding to maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely mannerAssisting with preventative maintenance and safety inspectionsHelping ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staffWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and enjoys working with their hands. Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or general repairs is preferred, along with basic knowledge of building maintenance.Healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required.
