The company focuses on retirement solutions, fixed annuities, and life insurance, with an emphasis on using modern technology to simplify the insurance experience. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys driving execution as much as strategy. You’ll lead a team of Product Owners supporting policy administration initiatives while partnering with engineering, QA, business stakeholders, vendors, and offshore teams to deliver enterprise technology projects.Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6 Product OwnersServe as the primary point of contact for policy administration projects, ensuring deliverables, priorities, and timelines remain on track.Partner with engineering, QA, business stakeholders, and vendor partners to successfully execute technology initiatives.Work closely with backend insurance systems and cross-functional business groups to ensure successful product delivery.Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis experience within the insurance industry.Previous leadership experience managing Product Owners, Product Managers, or Business Analysis.Experience with insurance policy administration platforms (FAST preferred; Guidewire, Majesco, DSC, or similar platforms are also highly relevant)Experience working in Agile environments with sprint-based deliveryExperience coordinating with offshore teams, business partners, and vendor organizations.To be considered for the role please apply online or email an updated resume to Rachel Place at Oliver James – [email protected]
