About the role We're looking for a Claims Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for our rapidly growing Claims organization, with a primary focus on hiring claims adjusters. You'll partner closely with Claims leadership and our lean Talent team to build strong pipelines, deliver a great candidate experience, and scale hiring without compromising quality. This is a hands-on role for a proactive recruiter who combines strong execution with market insight, anticipating talent needs and building the recruiting engine to support them. What You’ll Do Own full-cycle recruiting for Claims roles, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and close Build pipelines of qualified adjusters across Property, Auto, General Liability, Total Loss, and other relevant lines of business using proactive sourcing and industry networks Partner with Claims leaders to define hiring needs, assess candidates, and balance hiring speed with quality Build and improve the recruiting engine through repeatable workflows, strong candidate engagement, data-driven processes, and effective use of Ashby, AI tools, and automation Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline, delivering a responsive, engaging candidate experience from first outreach through offer Use recruiting data, market insights, AI tools, and automation to improve sourcing strategies and hiring efficiency Track recruiting performance and market insights to identify bottlenecks, refine sourcing strategies, and continuously improve hiring outcomes What You'll Bring: 5-7+ years of full-cycle claims technical recruiting. A plus if you have 2+ years at an early-stage company (Series A-C) where you built or influenced processes Strong market research and talent mapping skills, with the ability to build pipelines ahead of immediate hiring needs Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence hiring managers and deliver a strong candidate experience Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, evolving environment A proactive, resourceful mindset and interest in building scalable recruiting processes in a lean team Nice to Have: An established network of claims adjusters or familiarity with adjuster licensing and certifications. Ideally fluency in our core stack: Ashby, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, and Notion.
