Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and grooming, in accordance with established policies and procedures

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, transferring, and walking

Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, families, and staff

Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care

Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
