As a Retail & Fashion Merchandising Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to both the creative and business sides of resort retail, from guest engagement and visual merchandising to buying, inventory, luxury jewelry, events, and specialty projects. This paid, 12-week internship places you alongside experienced Retail Team members in a Forbes-and AAA-rated luxury environment, giving you the opportunity to develop practical industry skills, explore career paths in merchandising, buying, marketing, and hospitality, and complete an experiential project connected to your academic or professional development goals.
